"It’s great when a plan comes together.......

We have created a house, and indeed a self build system, where buildings meet brands, engineering meets entertaining and style meets contentment; wherethings can and do slot together as they should.

The key to creating this home has been collaboration. And particularly with the team, who share the name of the firstcomplete Snap with us.We’re not out to reinvent the wheel, but we can all make thingsa little bit better.

And where better to start than at home? Snap is a response tomodern life and a suggestion for modern living. Everyone needs a home and more and more of us want tobuild our own. We’ve found a way to make self-building easier and more flexible, while offering more choice with high quality service and finish.

We hope you enjoy visiting it as much as we’ve enjoyed building it."

Snap thinkingSnap is built around 3 principleschoice, ease & quality.Choiceis about being able to choose the type of house you live in, howyou live, how you spend time with your family. The location, the scale anddimensions — the choices are all yours. You can choose the shapeof your home, choose the type of rooms inside it and then you can change whatyou choose and choose something new.Easemeans that building a Snap is easy, buying a Snap is easy, dealing with Snap is easyand a pleasure. Service is at the beating heart of how we do things. Changing(or upgrading) a room is easy and when you’re living in a Snap, the living is easy.Qualityis all about attention to every last detail — from the engineeringto the building and finishing in a factory-controlled environment where everycomponent is checked and quality assured before reaching you. Some of the world’s best designers and retailers have designed completebespoke rooms that plug in to your house and work immediately. Thenbefore you know it, our project becomes your home. Quality.03

Living roomFor Snap RosetSnap P4–001Live the life you love, love the way you live. From rowdy socialsto stolen moments on the sofa, it all goes on in the living room. Snap life is aboutmatching style and comfort with beauty and function. So it made totalsense for us to ask Ligne Roset to design bespoke living rooms for our homes.Ligne Roset’s company history spans more than 140 years;the initial production of walking sticks and umbrellas they soon moved into theworld of furniture production and have been pioneering interior design every since.Collaborations with the ‘stars’ of world design are responsible formany of the brand's greatest successes: the Peter Maly bed, for example orDidier Gomez’s Fugue settee. And more recently, the SMALA range by PascalMourgue, comprising furniture, rugs and accessories. The company works closely with others, sharing technicalknow-how and ensuring their processes are the best and the most up-to-date.This of course has a beneficial effect on quality, but technology isnever implemented at the expense of design. The aim is to achieve the idealbalance between form and function.09
